Fun place to go for happy hour (Monday-Friday 5-7pm). The drinks are good and the vibe is lowkey yet upscale. Service is great and you order at the bar. We went on a Thursday and they also had a Tarot reader! The only sad thing I have to say is that the tacos are not good. :(

My favorite cafe / late night bar in the city!!! The vibes are just amazing, so cozy and friendly! I've only had the pleasure of interacting with Harmony and Erin, but I'm sure the rest of their staff are just as awesome. My favorite food item is the Japantown Reuben, though the BLT and Cuban Sliders are also good contenders! I've heard the bread pudding is also drool worthy Don't sleep on the chai -- both iced and hot are tasty! I've tried most of their coffee drinks and they're also yummy, but I always go back to the chai. Would highly highly recommend this place -- give it a chance and you won't be disappointed!

I've been here a half dozen times or so, usually for a drink before a show at the Fillmore or to catch up with a friend. It's a cool little spot with a cozy vibe that feels between a hip liquor store and a lawless library. They serve both good quality coffee and a solid beer and wine list with some light snacks. I went in yesterday after having a bird poop on my arm. I just needed to use the bathroom, which I recognize is typically just for customers, but the staff on hand was cool enough to let me wash it off. The customers were also nice enough to remind me that that occurrence is often seen a sign of luck. Maybe I'll win the lottery, but at least I didn't have to the droppings fester on my forearm.

Social Study is a gem of a cafe/bar that creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing and romantic evening. The music selection is always perfect for the mood and the atmosphere exudes a delightful mood, complemented by an impressive wine and beer list. Their food menu is limited but does the job, making it an ideal spot for a casual yet memorable outing. Highly recommended for those looking to unwind with great company in a cozy setting.
